Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Webcafe Commerce LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates boostmyagent.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit the Service or purchase products from us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Purchase information: checkout email, license key, billing details, Stripe customer and transaction records, and related support notes needed to deliver and support Boost OS.
  • Usage data: pages visited, referring URLs, device and browser information, and IP address.
  • License-key activity: for purchases of Boost OS, we log hashed IP addresses, approximate geolocation derived from IP, CLI device identifiers, operating system, architecture, CLI version, user-agent strings, and timestamps each time a license key is redeemed, verified, or used to download release files. We use these logs to detect and prevent fraud, license sharing, and unauthorized resale, as described in our Terms of Service.
  • Communications: messages you send us through forms, email, or social channels.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, and improve the Service;
  • process purchases and deliver Boost OS releases;
  • send transactional messages, receipts, and security alerts;
  • send marketing emails when you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • verify license-key ownership and detect unauthorized sharing, resale, credential stuffing, or other abuse of license keys (including by analyzing IP addresses, geolocation, device fingerprints, and timing patterns associated with key use);
  • detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or security incidents;
  • enforce our Terms of Service, including suspending or revoking license keys we reasonably believe are being misused;
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, analytics, payments, email delivery), under contractual obligations to protect your data.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 to understand which pages and purchase paths work. Before you accept analytics cookies, Google receives only cookieless consent-mode signals. If you accept, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and related container cookies. We also set bma_consent to remember your choice and may set bma_cid as a first-party checkout attribution identifier when a Google Analytics client id is not available.

We also send limited server-side analytics events for purchases, refunds, CLI activations, CLI logins, and license downloads so we can operate the paid product and understand launch performance. You can reopen cookie choices from the footer at any time.

The Boost OS command-line tool also offers an opt-in usage counter (off by default): when you turn it on with boostmyagent telemetry on, it records only which slash commands were run — never their arguments, file paths, or file contents — and you can turn it off at any time with boostmyagent telemetry off.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your license remains active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • access, correct, or delete your personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent (where consent is the basis for processing);
  • lodge a complaint with a regulator.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at team@mail.boostmyagent.com.

7. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete or correct it, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. EEA / UK Residents

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your personal information are: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. You may contact your local supervisory authority if you have concerns about our processing.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you use the Service at your own risk and we disclaim any liability for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or use of your information that occurs despite our reasonable safeguards.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no industry standard for how DNT signals should be honored, and our Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can manage tracking through your browser’s cookie controls and the rights described above.

12. International Data Transfers

We process data primarily in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and to processing in any other country where we or our service providers operate.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email.
