What it does
Every new chat, your agent rediscovers your project from scratch. That's twenty minutes of file-reading you've paid for a dozen times. /recall pulls the saved reference for the area you're about to work on into the current chat, so the agent starts from recorded facts.
It's the payoff half of /remember: save the hard-won map once, then load it in seconds in any future session instead of watching the agent re-derive it.
