What it does
A long session teaches the agent real things about your app: how auth actually works, which file is fragile, and why that weird workaround exists. Close the chat and it's all gone. /remember writes what the session learned into a reference file that lives in your project folder.
It works two ways: capture what the current chat figured out, or point it at an unexplored area and it inspects the code first, then writes the map. Either way, future chats load it with /recall instead of starting blind.

Saved to .agents/references/email.md: the provider setup, the three template files and which flows use them, the retry rule we discovered (two attempts, then dead-letter), and the gotcha that the from-address is set per-environment. Any future chat gets this with /recall email.
